Parliament has approved Interior Minister-designate, Muntaka Mubarak, pending his swearing-in by President John Dramani Mahama.
The House also approved the regional ministers-designate for Northern, Oti, Volta, and Eastern regions.
The House approved them after an extensive debate on the nominees on Friday January 24, 2025.
The nominees are Ali Adolf G. John, Minister-designate for Northern Region, John Kwadwo Gyapong Minister-designate for Oti Region, James Gunu minister-designate for Volta Region and Mrs Rita Akosua Awatey, minister-designate, Eastern Region.
